WHAT YOU'LL DO
Position Overview
The LAB Career Development (CD) team is responsible for the performance review process for Client Team, (Associates through to Partner) across London, Amsterdam and Brussels. This is a busy role and focuses on the career development of Project Leaders. You will be instrumental in providing advice and support to a team of senior Career Advisors (all MDPs), each of whom has 8- 10 Advisees and setting up and running the CD committee meetings that take place regularly throughout the year.
What will you do:
Schedule and lead the CD review process for LAB Project Leaders which take place eight times a year in person
Team with your counterparts within the LAB PL CD team to provide wholistic view of the consulting cohorts
Meticulously prepare for each CD committee: setting agenda, preparing CD dossiers, ensuring we have PA inputs, all upward and downward feedback in time for the meetings
Review all incoming evaluations to ensure quality and calibration, and to flag issues with the relevant career advisor
Provide advice and support to career advisors when they need guidance on CD policies, training and secondments
Support Career adviser with Performance Improvement Plans and team with HR Operations throughout
Supporting PLs with CD/HR/Career path advice
Work with Practice Area leaders to give them visibility of their teams' performance and upcoming CDCs
Work with L&D and Staffing teams for latest training and staffing opportunities and to support individual action plans
Team with Mobility and Recruiting to ensure lateral hires and transfers supported with a career advisor
Act as informal mentor to CD PPL Coordinator in the London team
Support the LAB CD Managers on wider topics such as:

LAB Bonus Review
LAB CD programs

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Professionals experience within a related People function (Talent, Recruiting, L&D, Staffing)
Degree educated (master's preferred)
Experience with senior stakeholder management
Knowledge of performance management/talent development desirable
