JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARY This position will coordinateevidence base trainings. Provides support and resources to NativeAmerican Family Care Givers, Elders and their families. This positionwill encourage participation of Native American Elders in activitiessupported and promoted through the Older Americans Act. Incumbent willvisit elders that are homebound. The incumbent will assist Oneida Eldersto maintain a good quality of life in their own home and make referralsto the Oneida Elder Services and other appropriate resources.Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: 1. Frequently sit, stand and/or walk forup to five (5) hours a day. 2. Occasionally bend/stoop, squat, crawl,climb heights, reach above shoulder level, kneel, crouch, push/pull, andbalance. 3.
