The Nordstrom Customer Care Digital Servicing team is seeking an engineering leader with experience building Call Center and Digital Servicing solutions to join our team. The Customer Care Digital Servicing team is at the heart of Nordstrom’s Customer and Servicing strategies. Our mission is to provide the same legendary level of service and experience customers know from our stores through our Call Center and Digital Servicing experiences.

　　A day in the life…

　　Leading a squad of engineers building experiences across our Interaction Management and Digital Servicing platforms

　　Working across the Nordstrom technology organization to integrate with services and events that power our industry-leading ecommerce experience.

　　Collaborating with our Product leaders on roadmaps for the future of our platforms and capabilities

　　Working alongside engineers to make code-level decisions that lead to a cleaner and more-sustainable architecture.

　　Supporting your engineers in 1-on-1 meetings and in their squads to achieve their career goals.

　　Leading on-call incidents and using telemetry to diagnose issues and involve the right partner teams.

　　Languages we use: React, Java, and C#/.NET

　　We’d love it if you have any of these…

　　BA/BS in Computer Science or closely related degree or equivalent practical experience

　　3+ years of experience building/integrating Call Center and Digital Servicing solutions

　　Experience managing engineers

　　An entrepreneurial mindset, using technology to drive key business metrics

　　Experience with lean software development and experimentation

　　A passion for building diverse, high-functioning teams with people from all backgrounds

　　No discomfort with direct conversation that holds your team, peers, and leaders accountable to providing world-class experiences for our customers

　　Demonstrable experience of managing effectively through ambiguity

　　Pragmatism. You can prioritize, simplify, and make a path toward results

　　Pay Range Details

　　The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

　　Washington: $131,000 - $236,000 Annually

　　This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
