  The Campaign Delivery Manager will manage delivery of marketing campaigns and offers across online banking, mobile app, branch, and call center channels. This includes managing general activities related to targeting, experience management, process optimization, and QA of submitted demand. This role is also responsible for managing team capacity and communicating capacity availability and constraints. The Campaign Delivery Manager will work closely with channel and product marketing teams to ensure alignment of delivery schedules. This is an individual contributor role requiring effective partnerships within the team and across the organization.

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  Oversee the end-to-end management of campaigns, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

  Evaluate channel fit and capacity alignment for requested campaigns.

  Manage team capacity through capacity planning tool.

  Partner with marketing and channel process teams to align expected client experience, offer scripting, and required dispositions to achieve optimal results.

  Manage all Legal and Compliance approvals from proofs in Workfront and builds the content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

  Author campaign content using Adobe Experience Manager.

  Troubleshoot issues which may impact delivery deadlines.

  Maintain proactive communications with stakeholders related to project status, documenting updates in Workfront.

  Maintain master project plan for campaigns running across channels.

  Assist with documenting, updating, and maintaining ad specs.

  Assist with project coordination and workflow procedures adherence.

  Manage stakeholder relationships.

  Additional projects and/or tasks as assigned.

  QUALIFICATIONS

  Required Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and work related training

  3+ years managing delivery of marketing campaigns

  Experience managing concurrent projects and/or project work streams

  Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders

  Ability to provide direction, and mentor less experienced teammates

  Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint

  Experience working with authoring/content tools

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Master's degree or MBA and previous experience in the banking industry

  In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the Marketing discipline (e.g., Marketing P’s, Market research, analytics, digital)

  Ability to develop strategies that break long-term goals into short term wins to facilitate learning, quick iteration, with shorter time to market and return on investment

  Working knowledge of American Disabilities Act (ACT) compliance requirements

  Experience with Adobe products (AEM, Workfront, AEP, Target and Audience Manager)

  Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.

  Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding

  Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.

  Availability

  Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
