Description

We are hiring a Call Center Specialist for our client. The successful candidate will be answering incoming calls from customers, assist with complaints, orders, errors, and other inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer calls with positivity and efficiency.

Identify customer needs and help to solve any issues.

Document calls and customer interactions.

Communicate with customers through various channels.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Call Center Representative.

Proven track record with maintaining customer focus in a high-pressure environment.

Advanced problem-solving and negotiation experience.
