Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and solving any customer-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in a timely and efficient manner.

Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to customer queries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Process orders, prepare correspondences and handle customer inquiries over the phone.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the company's products, services, promotions, policies, etc.

Consistently meet performance metrics set by the company pertaining to speed, accuracy, volume, etc.

Document all call-related information accurately for future references.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve any escalations and complex issues.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle irate customers professionally.

Proficient in using computers, especially CRM systems and MS Office.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
