　　Position type: Fulltime Contract-to-hire

　　Location: Syracuse, New York

　　Job/ Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:15am-5pm, 2-days remote, 3-days in office

　　As a Call Center Representative you will:

　　Answering inbound calls in a fast-paced environment Make outbound calls with changes and update new schedules and notes in database Communicate with customer via email as needed Provide pertinent information to customers Research and resolve any issues Process payments while remaining in compliance Maintain data integrity to assure notes and schedules are created effectively The ideal candidate will have:

　　2+ years of call center experience preferred, customer service experience required Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus! 　　PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

　　Pay Range*: $18.50/hr

　　*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
