　　Operations Specialist

　　Job Summary: Will serve as a vital member of the operations center for multiple facilities. Will be communicating with senior leaders, department managers, and all staff at multiple facilities. Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. Demonstrates this competency to include coordinating with all entities/system and adjacent organizations to ensure operational solutions are developed and implemented to meet requirements The ability to prioritize items and organize concerns to get them to the appropriate department to optimize services at all facilities. Ability to think ahead and work collaboratively with multiple departments, facilities, and peers to address any and all concerns in a timely manner.

　　Qualifications : Associates degree required in business management, project management, or a similar field or a combination of education and experience.
