Originally built in 1973, this was the home of a local bank for several years. We’re located downtown, off the I-5. The Seattle Aquarium, Pike Place Market, and the Seattle Art Museum are within a half mile. The Space Needle, Bainbridge Island Ferry, and the Seattle Great Wheel are each one mile away. Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is 20 minutes from us. Our property has 319 guest rooms, over 28,000 square feet of banquet space and 13 meeting rooms.
A Part Time Cafeteria Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking all food items for the Team Member cafeteria in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
What will I be doing?
As a Cafeteria Cook, you would be responsible for preparing and cooking all food items for the Team Member cafeteria in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Coordinate, prepare and deliver food to be served in the Team Member cafeteriaPrepare and cook food items according to designated recipes and quality standardsMaintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all timesStock and maintain par levels for designated food station(s) according to forecastPractice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulationsPrepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as neededWhat are we looking for?

The hourly rate is $21.75 - $22.25 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
