We are seeking an enthusiastic and autonomous Cafe Team Lead to join the Orchid House Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a keen understanding of cafe operations, and strong leadership skills or willingness to take educational courses to fit the role. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily cafe activities, managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, and contributing to the overall success of the establishment.Responsibilities:1. Leadership and Supervision: - Provide leadership and direction to cafe staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. - Supervise and train team members to uphold high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and efficiency. - Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and address any concerns.2. Customer Service: - Ensure excellent customer service by greeting patrons, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly. - Monitor and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers, overseeing the quality of food and beverages served.3. Operational Excellence: - Oversee day-to-day cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling. - Implement and enforce health and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff. - Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement efficient processes and procedures.4.
