　　Job Summary

　　This position is to lead the café operations team in all aspects of foodservice and customer service. Excellent interpersonal skills are needed for both internal and external communication along with strong guest communication. Position requires the daily use of multiple computer applications, management of digital menu boards, order pay system/POS, and guest feedback management. Service is Monday-Friday with the occasional weekend and evening event assistance requiring a flexible schedule.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account

　　Maintains excellent relationships with the client

　　Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students

　　Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams

　　Acts as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bachelor of Science in Hospitality degree preferred

　　Minimum 3 years of restaurant or corporate dining experience required

　　Three to five years of foodservice management experience required

　　Dining experience preferred

　　Strong leadership and communication skills

　　Financial and business acumen

　　Excellent communication skills
