　　Ø Purpose of Position

　　The job incumbent is responsible for performing of QHSE surveys and the inspection of equipment, products, installations, materials to determine their conformity with specified requirements (BV rules, International instruments, national regulations, etc.).The surveyor usually carries out some tasks independently, with minimum supervision, and these may be on well identified or isolated assets.

　　Support business line to comply with all TQR Issues.

　　The position performs in line with the Bureau VERITAS quality assurance system, including the BV code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.

　　Ø Major Responsibilities

　　Preparing as-built structural and architectural drawings professionally.

　　Preparing Floor Load Plans.

　　Preparing structural retrofit working drawing efficiently.

　　Follow BV TQR Policies and HSE Requirements.

　　Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)

　　Availability for executions of projects : 95%

　　Reworks of reports : Less than 2%

　　Training for competency development: 10 days per year

　　Ø Qualification and Experience

　　B. Sc in Civil with minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.Ø Skills& Qualities:

　　Excellent interpersonal skills.

　　An intrinsic Task Master.

　　Should have good leadership abilities and skills.
