KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Fulfillment of obligations of Service Level Agreement (SLA / OLA)
Portfolio of reports, scorecards and requests.
Formats and items necessary to develop reforecasts for all the indicators of the entity (sales, margin, SG&A, ROSAC).
In depth analysis of collected data (actuals and forecast),preparation of the presentation documentation of the activity reviews (AR), business reviews (BR), corporate reviews (CR) .
Promotion of the standardization of methods and procedures, and support for customer entities with the progress actions adopted in the CBS.
Business continuity (concerns some posts in CBS): progress facility, quality guaranty, quality obtention, training and tutoring.
Specific tasks required for the role:
Monthly Activities include: loading Camso BI Tool, Headcount and Capex Reporting, Reconciliation for Capex, SGA Reporting and Analysis, SOS Reporting and Analysis. Lead Monthly Business Reviews with SOS Leadership
Responsible for Forecasting the following areas: Camso SGA, Camso Capex, Camso FTE. Coordinates with many parties during the forecast such as: AMN Region, Logistics, CBS, AMN B2B, Beyond Road LB, IT
Identifies areas of opportunities for the business areas they are responsible for
