This position will interact with multiple internal teams and clients where they'll assist in logging of client contract information, security/privacy attestation, retrieval of data, and initiating regular pricing increases or client termination notices as needed.This a fully remote role.Essential Functions:Originate attestation templates, client communications, and procedures in association with state specific compliance mandates for security awareness or similar data privacy initiatives.Assist with contract verbiage changes based on strategic initiatives.Conduct discovery research of state and/or federal law related to contracted services.Support analysts and auditors with varying audit and compliance tasks.Inform the business and/or Sales when clients are no longer engaged with the systems.Non-Essential Functions:Other special projects and duties as assigned.Qualifications:MinimumHigh School Diploma/GEDGenerally, less than 2 years of experienceGreat communication skills with internal team members and our clients.Ability to work remotely and independently without outside disruption or distraction.
