The position of Business Resource Center Representative will be based out of our Indianapolis, IN location!
Summary
The Business Resource Center Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer/branch relationships through the multiple platforms that are supported by the company, including the strategic accounts programs. Communicates with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and web-based solutions throughout the entire order to remittance process. Acts as an extension and support arm of the company’s sales force to support region/business wide key initiatives and ensures customer satisfaction standards are met. Be an integral piece, early adopter, and proponent of the company’s expanding digital tools. Maintains and updates content on the digital platforms that are offered by Rexel USA.
What You’ll Do
Monitor the 800# phone queue and support the Branch rollover calls
Support the Webshop
Manage the Chat inbox
Manage the email inbox
Work with the company’s manufacturer partners on purchase orders and obtain required information to keep items up to date on the company’s digital platforms
Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve customer issues promptly
Directly support the development, implementation, and achievement key performance indicators focused on continuously improving the customer engagement and branch engagement experience
Indirectly influence and encourage team members to drive focus on shared business resource center objectives
Fulfill customer quotations on opportunities that come via inbox and phone
Facilitate new customer leads
Manage international inquiry orders
Manage and update website content in support of digital team (Item addition, maintenance, and removal)
Coordinate, facilitate, and promote aged inventory sales through external digital storefronts (Amazon, E-bay, etc.)
Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
4+ years of experience without a degree
Prior experience in the electric distribution industry a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Detailed knowledge of the company’s website, website items, and ordering process
Understanding of the company’s procurement process for inbound material
Understanding of how item cost works in the company’s Solar Eclipse platform
Ability to communicate effectively with vendor partners daily
Knowledge of Microsoft Tools (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word)
Problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to work on or with digital platforms
Customer Service Focused with the ability to communicate written and verbally with customers from a wide variety of backgrounds
Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks, multitask, and complete tasks within allotted timeline
