  The Business Process Improvement Lead will lead programs dedicated to improving speed, predictability, and efficiency for business processes for Advanced Operations, its partners, and the Divisions they serve. The key responsibility of this role will be to manage the transformational initiatives to reduce time and cost to market and to identify and implement process improvements in all areas of the business processes. This will require leading the training and facilitation of the Business Process Improvement process to cross functional teams as well as coaching projects designed to drive value to support speed, delivering improved Speed to Market and reduced Cost to Market. This role is hybrid, based out of Kalamazoo, MI.

  What You Will Do:

  Drive the development, assessment, recommendations, and implementation of continuous improvement/re-engineering initiatives to simplify processes, eliminate waste, reduce risk and achieve efficiencies in the business processesDevelop a customer-focused CI framework that documents and monitors performances. Support initiatives through robust data driven analyticsTrain, coach, and mentor designated teams and individuals within the business on Lean, CI, BPI concepts and support the business to meet/exceed budgetsProvides support to remove barriers and facilitate conflict resolution in matrix organizationTracks and measures the BPI program through leveraging the Stryker Production SystemSupport the development, and implementation of a digital transformation roadmap for the AO, focusing on key business processes

  What You Need:

  Bachelors Degree8+ years in a technical background ideally, also open to businessHigh energy and change management mindsetTechnically and organizationally curious and knowledgeableLean Leader/Six Sigma certification preferredProject Management skills (certification preferred)4-7 years' experience with defining and executing continuous improvement initiatives3-5 years' experience in a regulated industryAbility to work in team oriented environment and creating strong alliancesAbility to manage multiple programs
