This position can be located anywhere in the Midco footprint of ND, SD, MN, WI, and KS with the ideal candidate being based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
JOB PURPOSE:Optimize Midco Business effectiveness by bringing sales and operations systems and process best practices to Midco. Coordinate with Sales, Business Client Fulfillment, Business Customer Care, Marketing, and Product to create operational efficiency, optimize campaign effectiveness, strengthen the sales funnel process, and the Midco Business customer experiences from sales through customer care and ultimately drive growth in Midco Business customers.
KEY FUNCTIONS:• Develop strategies and objectives to enhance the customer lifecycle from sales through Business Client Fulfillment and into Customer Care.• Enable sales and marketing to effectively and efficiently drive revenue growth and market penetration.• Identify opportunities to improve and create, prioritize, and execute strategies to deliver additional opportunity for Midco Business Sales.• Be involved as a SME for strategic planning and execution of organizational priorities under the direction of a Project Manager, Director or Vice President.• Develop recommendations for process and procedure improvements including best-in-class ways to leverage sales and operations tools.• Collaborate with training business partners on the development of training materials creating organizational adoption and driving best practices of sales and operations tools.• Create and deliver comprehensive presentations to executive leadership, effectively communicating data analytics, dashboard metrics, and business insights to optimize and drive growth in Midco Business.• Represent Midco Business in cross-functional settings to make effective decisions that impact systems and processes in the sales and operations ecosystems.• Demonstrate business acumen to connect team activities to company strategic priorities in engaging and creative ways.• Participate in team efforts to support customer satisfaction and team goals.• Adhere to Midco’s privacy guidelines to ensure each customer’s privacy.• Develop and direct staff responsible for creating best practices in gathering requirements and interfacing with business and IT leaders for execution, carrying out the essential elements of company and departmental standards, policies and procedures, and creating a positive work environment.• Follow and serve as a role model in displaying Midco’s Core Values and Leadership Success Drivers.• Maintain regular attendance to be available for your team and as required by your position.• Be available to provide assistance to team members outside of normal business hours as necessary.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field or equivalent experience required. MBA preferred.• Seven years of experience in a marketing, sales or related position leading process improvements in a business environment is required.• Five plus years management experience preferred.• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication (written, speaking, listening), business, and presentation skills required.• Must possess strong knowledge of, computers, databases, and analytic software such as Microsoft applications, SQL/SaS and Tableau.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL & MENTAL QUALIFICATIONS:• The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.• Employees may be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands.
