Pro Staff is hiring an experienced Business Office Administrator for our client in Baxter, MN, who specializes in orthodontics. This is a great full-time opportunity working around 35 hours per week. A private work space will be provided to complete administrative tasks while also working the front desk and in exam rooms. Pay: $25-$32 per hour (Based on experience) 1st Shift Hours: 7:30 am - 4 pm Monday-Thursday and 7:30 am - 2 pm on Fridays Essential Functions: Manage financial aspects of the practice including insurance submissions, entering treatment contracts, tracking payments, managing deposits, and entering auto-payment information. Collaborate with the accountants to provide needed reports and make sure MNCare tax is paid on time. Work with the front desk to make sure proper information is gathered on new patients, recalls are being tracked, and develop protocols to ensure all administrative tasks are completed for each case. Develop the schedule in conjunction with the clinic manager. Track employee hours, verify PTO, and submit to payroll. Involvement with new patient exams, presenting treatment options, financial arrangements, and scheduling new patients. Ensure orders are placed as needed, proper training is provided, and work with the clinic manager to resolve any interpersonal issues.
