RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Develop and maintain BI solutions to provide actionable data analysis through reports, dashboards and visualization tools.

　　Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and transform them into effective technical solutions.

　　Design, implement and optimize extract, transform and load (ETL) processes to ensure data integrity and quality.

　　Evaluate and select BI tools and technologies appropriate for the needs of the company.

　　Collaborate with the development team and data analysts to ensure consistency and accuracy of generated reports.

　　TECHNICAL SKILLS:

　　Strong experience in designing and implementing BI solutions using tools such as Power BI and Tableau Desktop.

　　In-depth knowledge of SQL Server query languages and experience in manipulating large data sets.

　　Proficiency in developing ETL processes using tools such as Microsoft SSIS.

　　Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.

　　Management of the Microsoft Office package.

　　Intermediate English language.

　　Ability to work in collaborative development environments.

　　SOFT SKILLS:

　　Analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

　　Strong communication skills to effectively interact with business teams and other team members.

　　Ability to work independently and as a team in a dynamic environment.

　　Results orientation and attention to details.

　　Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methods.

　　EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Statistics or related field.

　　Minimum of 2 years experience in similar roles within the BI area.
