　　What you will be doing

　　As a member of the Business Insights team, you will craft visual stories with data in an interactive, web-based format. Working collaboratively with Operations Leadership, analytics consultants, and other analytics team members, you are the authority in creating dynamic and interactive data visualizations to help our team members quickly and easily interpret the story the data is telling.

　　Develop robust visualizations as the consumption vehicle for our customers as part of Cencora's Operations Excellence portfolioContribute to the product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance as part of a team of mutually supportive and goal-oriented developersCraft the design and develop web-based data visualization products utilizing Power Platform applicationsProvide expertise in a consulting capacity on capabilities throughout the companyDevelop data visualization sections of proposals for new projects, provide strategy and resource planning input for project implementationsSelf-motivated to learn, and introduce new ideasCollaborate with Operations Excellence leadership, senior level executives, project teams, and business partnersEnsure adherence to Visualization standard, guidelines and operational processesGood people skills; effective collaboratorPerforms related duties as assigned

　　What your background should look like

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Statistics, or a related area with at least 5 to 10 years' experience in visualization design and development, implementing solutions in fields that include business intelligence, visual information design, and/or interactive data visualization development. Must be familiar with in Human Centered design concepts, why certain visual structures resonate with viewers, and which are the most effective ways to encode information into graphics, e.g. understand color, connection, and size and how they deliver information.

　　Demonstrated expertise in User Experience designExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to evaluate and describe complex solutions for clients, management and team members is essentialExperience designing Power Bi reports with interactive data visualizationStrong design skills and attention to detailExperience creating interactive web-based data visualizations / technologies utilizing Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Bi, Power Automate, Power Apps)Fluent in MS SQL Server and/or Snowflake query languagesExcellent listening and communication skillsStrong knowledge of key business processes and driversStrong decision-making skills and attention to detailIndustry experience in pharmaceutical, payer, or healthcare delivery preferredInitiative-taker, capable of independent learning, and inclusive, manage multiple projects and be responsible for competing deadlinesEntrepreneurial spirit to bring solutions/capabilities to an audience that is not data savvyAbility to work well in teamsWork in an agile environment with participation in daily stand-ups, planning and refinement sessions, and retrospective discussions
