Job duties include: Conduct quantitative research of real estate projects or finc’l data of assets, incl valuation, capitalization, & amortization of investments & all aspects associated with it; Advise the Co & investors on aspects of capitalization & returns. Improve processes & policies in support of org goals; Interpret data on price, present value, capitalization, future investment-risk trends, & cash flows. Prep all materials for transactions or execution of deals; Prep investment plans using financial analyses; Present oral or written reports on general economic trends, segmented & integrated real estate markets; Recommend investments & investment timing to Co & investors; Analyze fincl or operational performance of Real Estate & other investment projects, collaborate on projects with other professionals, such as lawyers, accountants, or public relations experts; Conduct financial analyses related to investments; Draw charts &graphs, using computer spreadsheets, to illustrate technical reports; Evaluate & compare the relative quality of assets; Handle Conflict management.
