  JOB REQUIREMENTS: Business Development Executive (Western Region) -BUSIN005000 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Lands\' End Outfitters is adynamic and rapidly growing company that specializes in B2B & SchoolUniform Sales. As a part of ourcontinued expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated andresults-driven Business Development Executive to join our BusinessOutfitters Sales Team. As a Business Development Executive, you will beresponsible for obtaining new customers and programs within yourassigned territory. You will drive prospecting efforts by identifyingquality leads through research and usage of sales support tools thatlead to cold emailing, cold calling, social selling, and networking. Youwill also manage and close inbound leads by providing compelling andtailored solutions to prospective customers generated through Lands\'End Outfitters marketing efforts. * Planning and implementingstrategies to achieve prospecting metrics to meet or exceed annual newbusiness targets as presented by sales leadership. * Identifyindividuals within each prospective business and or school that caninfluence promotional goods and/or uniform/apparel program buyingdecisions. * Identify and make initial contact with key buyers/decisionmakers utilizing phone, email, or social media platforms, with the goalof getting a virtual or in-person face-to-face meeting. * Conducteffective meetings leveraging the various selling tools and productsamples provided. * Consulting with each prospect to identify theircurrent program challenges and then provide solutions within our productassortment and operational capabilities to address them. * Achieveprospecting metrics on a weekly basis related to phone call attempts,cold visits, and scheduled visits. * Effectively leverage tools such asSalesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and others to maximizeyour prospecting efforts. * Identify networking/marketing opportunitieswithin territory that provide good ROI. Examples include localtradeshows, networking groups, advertising in local publications, eventsponsorships, etc. * Responsible for overall client negotiations onproduct offering & services, culminating in execution of contract, whenapplicable. * Understand, build, and own presenting of monthlyfinancial forecasts for new accounts. * Maintain a deep understandingof industry trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics. *Effectively use CRM tools to manage client data and sales pipeline. *Prepare and present regular sales and prospecting reports to themanagement team.
