　　Position Overview

　　Provide business consulting services to achieve the transformation of customer organizations toward adoption of Autodesk solutions from the enterprise level to project implementations, and across multiple domains and technologies. Provide support in the pre-sales and delivery of consulting engagement including creating compelling value propositions in support of proposals and delivering strategic assessment and business value justification, process evaluation and definition, facilitating customer meetings at executive and senior business leader level, as well as creating high quality documentation and customer deliverables. At higher levels in the family the consultant is expected to lead consulting teams in the conduct of work ranging from customer engagements to internal initiatives to build the knowledge and capabilities of the group.

　　Leads engagements with customers and acts as a representative at the executive levelDemonstrate competence in strategic thinking and planning, communications, and leading boldly for results. Identify and articulate the business benefits and realization plan from pre-sale through project completion phaseLeads teams in the scoping, estimation, delivery, and conclusion of customer engagementsUnderstands, documents, and communicates customer business goals & processes. Assess, define and recommend improvements to business processes and workflowsRecommend options and best approaches to achieve customer solution objectives, working closely where needed with the Solution Architect and other consultants to prepare and present solutions to customersWrites deliverable documents including proposals, business assessments and recommendations, business process analysis and workflow documentationBecome established as an industry thought leader through identifying, creating, and promoting compelling insights related to area of expertiseDevelops and executes plans to improve the capabilities of the consulting group, including external and internal training, and where appropriate, creates and deliver best practice training and coaching based on personal experience.Ensures that team members perform to the highest level of quality and professionalism

　　顧客との関わりを主導し、役員レベルの代表として活動します。戦略的思考と計画、コミュニケーション、そして成果を得るための大胆なリーダーシップにおいて能力を発揮します。プリセールスからプロジェクト完了まで、ビジネス上のメリットと実現プランを見出し、明確にします。顧客との契約において、スコープ設定、見積り、デリバリー、締結の各段階でチームをリードします。お客様の事業目標とプロセスを理解し、文書化し、伝達します。ビジネスプロセスやワークフローの評価、定義、改善の提案をします。必要に応じて、ソリューションアーキテクトや他のコンサルタントと密接に連携しながら、お客様のソリューションの目標を達成するためのオプションや最適なアプローチを提案し、ソリューションを準備してお客様に提示します。提案書、ビジネスの評価および推奨事項、ビジネスプロセス分析およびワークフローの文書化など、成果物となる文書を作成します。専門分野に関連した説得力のあるインサイトを見出し、作成、促進することで、業界のソートリーダーとしての地位を確立します。社外および社内のトレーニングを含む、コンサルティンググループの能力を向上させるための計画を策定して実行し、必要に応じて、個人的な経験に基づいた「ベストプラクティス」のトレーニングやコーチングを作成して、提供します。チームメンバーが最高レベルの品質とプロ意識を持って業務を遂行できるようにします。
