We are looking for a passionate Business assistant Commercial Excellence & Sales Support, who is eager to make an impact on their career and take on the challenge of enabling commercial performance, through the implementation of solutions that address business needs and proactively propose process and system improvements to ensure ongoing alignment with business.
You will join a large and multi-national organization and work inside a vibrant team and dynamic business environment to uncover pockets of growth through supporting efficiency and effectiveness projects (in partnership with functions) to address prioritized process opportunities in Commercial Operations with heavy focus on how changes impact customers and customer-facing roles.
Responsibilities
Enable commercial performance, through the implementation of solutions that address business needs and proactively propose process and system improvements to ensure ongoing alignment with business.
Support the selling team as key contact for incidences, and re-direct to the appropriate owners.
Support efficiency and effectiveness projects (in partnership with functions) to address prioritized process opportunities in Commercial Operations with heavy focus on how changes impact customers and customer-facing roles.
Responsible to perform analytics for cycle priorities, coverage and frequency, routing and key performance indicators. Identify through analysis business opportunities for improved growth.
Document business requirements and perform gap analysis.
Execute CRM administration functions.
Translates best practices into detailed process and tool requirements and deploy teams.
Job Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Proven experience in sales support / commercial excellence role.
· Advanced Excel.
· Experience in the Health Care / Pharma industry, would be nice to have.
· Experience in managing routing tools (Involve, Capterra, Toolrides, etc) would be nice to have.
· Experience in visualization tools (Power BI), would be nice to have.
· Knowledge of CRM tools (Sales Force) would be nice to have.
· Good communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal & collaboration skills.
· Problem solving skills.
