　　Job Description:

　　Work closely with IT and business teams to gather complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks, and issues.

　　Analyze business operations data and processes to formulate solutions to a business problem.

　　Elicit requirements from the business with probing questions and suggestions to assist them in understanding their needs and translating them into application requirements.

　　Create functional design specifications, business process documentations, workflows, test cases, and test scripts for medium to large projects.

　　Coordinate the testing process between the business and IT.

　　Execute test cases and capture results.

　　Assist project managers as needed and coach less experienced staff.

　　What will this person be working on?

　　This person will work on one or more Application Development projects as a key project member for the Automobile Sales and Logistics business teams.

　　Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　Automotive experience in Ordering Logistics and Sales Business processes.

　　Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Experience with relational databases like DB2 Microsoft SQL Server.

　　Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.

　　Experience with SAFe Agile methodology.

　　Experience with large complex application development projects.

　　Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
