Drive positive outcomes in assigned logistics categories and projects across LATAM. This includes managing or supporting the execution of administrative, compliance, cost-saving, and regional sourcing initiatives. Your focus will be on key areas like inbound transport, customs, distribution centers, drayage, outbound transport, and support services. Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance stakeholders at all levels. Required Skills & Experience
1-2 years as a UX/UI or Product Designer.
Create impactful executive presentations for project updates and stakeholder/management communications.
Implement and execute robust internal controls, including legal document review/filing, approvals management, and meticulous exception documentation.
Manage the entire vendor selection process, from crafting and distributing RFI/RFPs to facilitating communication and building consensus with the Integrated Sourcing Team (IST).
Guide negotiation tactics and planning with vendors, drive project activity through clear expectations, defined deliverables, and proactive issue/risk management.
