The ideal candidate will be proactive, have strong attention to detail and great organizational skills.What You'll DoEnsure the repairs of damaged walls in the clinic, the laboratory and office spaces. Some places may require working outside of regular business hoursReplacement of all non-functioning lighting (neon lights, light bulbs, etc.)Replacement of damaged or stained ceiling tilesMaintaining the cleanliness of the perimeter at the head office, including outside windows at ground levelAssist the electro mechanics with repairsMoving various furniture or office suppliesAssignment of keys to employeesFilling hand sanitizersInstall wall framesMaintenance of ventsEscort contractor during repairsPlace service calls to suppliersRefresh the paintWhat You'll Need to SucceedHigh school diploma or D.E.P General Building Maintenance (an asset)Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting service quality objectivesExcellent customer service skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting service quality objectivesExperienced painterMust be able to work flexible hoursValid Driver's LicenseBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
