Trusted.The Space and Intelligence Division provides engineering services and analyticsupport to the Air Force, Space Force, Combatant Commands, theIntelligence Community, and NASA. Our work includes systems engineering andintegration, test planning and execution, cost estimating and analysis,developing approaches and concepts to meet emerging, high priority NationalDefense needs, and assessing and developing cutting-edge technologies andcapabilities to meet those needs.SPA is looking for multiple mid-level Budget Analysts to support a US SpaceForce customer.

  Responsibilities

  SPA supports multiple programs at US Space Force's Space Systems Center,including the Kobayashi Maru software factory. SPA is a force enabler toUSSPACECOM for POM strategies, program substantiation, JCIDS, andrequirements management. We provide highly qualified expertise to NASA'sSafety and Mission Assurance operations. We also deliver high-end advisoryservices to the Intelligence Community's in support of strategicobjectives, transformation initiatives and acquisition, technical, andbusinessprocesses.Provide a broad range of financial management, in particular assisting withGovernment budget integration, for the Space Systems Command. This includesall aspects of Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE)and Commitment/Obligation/Expenditure Reconciliation; Execution andAudit Readiness; and Budget Authority Management.Provide Subject Matter Expertise and support for budgets, foreign militarysales funding, other foreign Government funding, and International PartnerAgreements, as well as assist with the timely and accurate analysis,forecast, and reporting of commitment, obligation, and expenditure data.This position will offer a hybrid working model. Qualified candidates will berequired to work onsite 1 day a week. You should be within a comfortabledriving distance to El Segundo or Colorado Springs.

  Qualifications

  Required Qualifications:Active Secret clearanceBachelor degree in a related field, such as Management, Business,Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology,Engineering, and/or Statistics7-10 years of experience performing financial management activities forgovernment acquisitons (DoD, NASA, NRO, Industry)3 years in support of Space programsAt SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that willattract and retain top talent.   Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guidelineonly. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as wellas arket and business considerations. CA/CO Pay Transparency Range: 80k- 135k
