The Broker Relationship Manager is part of our growth team and responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with health plan brokers and agencies with a focus on aligning prospective patients with the value-based care model offered through our primary care centers.
The Broker Relationship Manager's responsibilities include:
Develop and cultivate relationships with key health plan agents and agencies, to include:
Educate brokers and other B2B partners on CenterWell Primary Care model and value proposition for the senior client base
Align local brokers with CenterWell's community engagement team to support joint activities in neighborhoods where our primary care centers are located
Develop collaborative plans with brokers for opportunities around joint marketing efforts, presentations, prospecting, and partnerships
Support the market president, associate director and other market leadership with alignment to and engagement with senior leaders at health plans and brokerage entities
Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to support cultivation of health plan broker relationships and track associated activities and outcomes
Leverage data to evaluate impact of relationship efforts and investments to inform go-forward strategy
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as business needs dictate

Required Qualifications
3+ years experience in the in the health insurance industry; preferably with the Medicare population
Experience meeting/exceeding targets in a sales organization
Direct experience driving sales results with health plan brokers or agencies
Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate dynamic sales strategies
Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Experience utilizing a CRM (Salesforce) to track activity and manage outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the Medicare industry, preferably in a sales roleScheduled Weekly Hours
