JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bridge Project Manager - 306084DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: DESCRIPTION Michael Baker International isseeking a highly motivated Bridge Project Manager to support our growingbridge practice in Wisconsin. This position can be worked remotely,ideally with the candidate residing in Wisconsin. The ideal candidatewill be able to lead and perform conventional and complex bridge andstructure designs, load ratings, and bridge inspections. They will alsoplan, direct, and coordinate the activities of designated projects toensure that goals or objectives are accomplished within the prescribedtime frame and funding parameters. RESPONSIBILITIES * Performing andmanaging structure tasks on conventional and complex multi-disciplineprojects from design through construction * Performing and managingstructure load ratings on conventional and complex bridges using handcalculations through finite element methods * Strong technical abilityable to lead, perform, and check bridge and structure designs to ensureaccuracy with design codes and client requirements * Ability tocoordinate and communicate with other disciplines effectively *Development of and adherence to scope, schedule, and budget forstructure tasks * Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase ofproject * Confers with project staff to outline workplan and to assignduties, responsibilities, and scope of authority; manages the resourcesof the project * Reviews status reports prepared by project personneland modifies schedules or plans as required * Confers with projectpersonnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems * Abilityto support bridge and structure proposal development through strongtechnical writing * Ability to develop creative and innovative costsaving modifications to conventional designs through construction/valueengineering opportunities COMPENSATION The approximate compensationrange for this position is \$100,942 - \$150,136 per year. Thiscompensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the timeof posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such aseducation, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical worklocation.
