ShiftDetails: Monday- Friday (8:00AM-4:30PM) Starting Pay: \$15.50 per hour(Great benefits after 30 days) The purpose of this role is to hand-sortBreak Pack containers (boxes) accurately and efficiently, based onquality, as determined through visual inspection process meeting qualityand quantity goals. Accountabilities Engage in Safety to ensure Plan ToZero (PTZ) is met Conduct all activities and perform all job duties andfunctions following strict adherence to established, company implementedsafety behaviors, processes, and procedures. Improve and maintainQuality Expectations Hand-sort Break Pack containers accurately andefficiently, based on quality, as determined through visual inspectionprocess. Reclamation of customer-owned product and materials. ProductionExpectations are understood, achieved and sustained Production-basedposition; must be able to effectively meet minimum production andquality requirements. Any other duties as assigned by site leadership.Mission and Values Able to effectively work within a diverse teamenvironment. General Responsibilities Perform sanitation, Clean as YouGo, and good housekeeping practices. May be required to operate aFork-Lift in a safe and efficient manner (training and certification tobe provided). Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. consistently throughoutduration of shift. Ability to effectively perform a job requiringconsistent, repetitive motion, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting.Qualifications Familiarity using a pallet jack. Prior Forkliftexperience and certification preferred, but not required. Experience ina fast-paced, production based warehouse or manufacturing environmentpreferred.
