  The ServiceNow Global Brand Strategy and Creative team is a passionate group of strategic & creative thinkers who are responsible for shaping the future of the ServiceNow brand. We are looking for a collaborative, results-focused digital Product Owner to join our Brand Management team. Reporting directly to our Director, Brand Management, you will play a key role in how our brand is perceived and experienced by employees, customers, and beyond. You will own a variety of digital platforms and enterprise-wide digital integrations designed to enable our global network of employees and agency partners to build and activate a consistent, meaningful, and memorable brand that directly ties to business growth.

  The Brand Product Owner will have a background in building and managing digital platforms, working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization. You will partner with brand managers, internal digital technology and design teams, and agency partners to manage all technical aspects of the ServiceNow Brand Center, Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, and Company Store global e-commerce program. You will be responsible for management of all ServiceNow brand assets that reside in the brand DAM, including photography, video, logos, icons, social assets, and more. You will also take lead on scaling the ServiceNow brand across our company by identifying, driving, and managing high impact, enterprise-wide app integrations.

  Success in this role will require technical expertise, a self-driven desire to learn and expand your skillset, and the patience to drive change and educate around it. While we are laying a strong foundation of brand management tools, infrastructure, and operations, we are building this foundation within a dynamic environment where change is the norm and opportunity to scale and strengthen our brand is endless. The ability to strategically maneuver, influence, and deliver results in such an environment is critical.

  What you get to do in this role:

  40% Digital Asset Management

  Manage our existing ServiceNow brand DAM—adding/updating assets, providing user support, tracking agency support and budget, working with stakeholders to build an asset roadmap, etc.

  Lead the planning, development, launch, and ongoing operations of a new brand DAM to support brand growth, including the transfer and management of all existing asset types and the addition of brand video, and metadata management and evolution. This will require serving as the business owner with partners from internal design and technology, potential external, and employee communications.

  Own learning agenda development and execution, inclusive of monthly metrics tracking and reporting, to inform prioritization and roadmap development of platform optimizations and enhancements, training, and communications. Work with all stakeholders to gain input, alignment, and drive execution.

  20% Brand Center Platform Management

  Oversee Brand Center platform functionality ensuring a smooth user experience for 20K+ global employees and global agency partners, including managing the user access workflow.

  Partner with the brand management content lead on learning agenda development and execution, inclusive of monthly metrics tracking and reporting, to inform prioritization and roadmap development of optimizations and enhancements. Work with all stakeholders to gain input, alignment, and drive execution.

  Be a subject matter expert in Adobe Sites CMS, and the various components of the Brand Center site in order to build/update pages, QA pages, and drive new site functionality exploration, prioritization, and development in partnership with our digital technology and design partners.

  20% Company Store Platform Management

  Oversee global agency partners in the management of 3 regional e-commerce sites and a web-to-print business card site, ensuring smooth user experience and operations, flagging defects that may arise and working to resolution, and partnering with internal digital technology contacts to troubleshoot any issues with user access and workflows tied to internal apps and workflows such as order spend approvals and new hire kit delivery.

  Oversee agency development of 50+ microsites annually, ensuring brand guideline adherence in design, optimized UX, completion of testing, etc.

  Partner with the brand management program lead on learning agenda development and execution, inclusive of monthly metrics tracking and reporting, to inform prioritization and roadmap development of optimizations and enhancements.

  Manage future tech exploratory and expansion that may arise that such as a potential customer facing e-commerce experience and new digital printed collateral solution.

  20% Enterprise Integrations & Expansion

  Own the exploration, strategy, prioritization, roadmap development and execution for how we scale the brand throughout the global enterprise by integration into high impact enterprise-wide applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Grammarly, etc.

  Serve as the main point of contact for all brand platform integrations and optimizations across all internal employee communications sites and apps, both evergreen and event based.

  Own the relationship and workflows with internal digital technology, MarTech, information technology and data privacy teams. The role may grow to include the execution and management of additional brand management digital platforms in future based on identified growth opportunities and business need.

  Outstanding presentation skills with a proven ability to understand your audience’s point of entry and influence across all levels of an organization.

  Location: Austin, Texas or remote. Some minimal domestic and international travel in the future may be a part of this global role, up to 10%.

  8+ years of real-world product owner and asset management experience, for large, publicly visible brands, with a focus on brand management, marketing, advertising, communications, and creative execution.

  Strong knowledge of DAM, metadata taxonomy, and SEO best practices, strategy principles for asset and digital content management.

  Strong knowledge of web publishing and content management systems best practices/standards.

  Knowledge of meta-data schemas, asset uploading, file type management, file naming conventions, keywords.

  Solid knowledge of media Digital Rights Management (DRM), data governance, standards and process development.

  Strong knowledge of Adobe Sites and Assets, or a willingness to seek out education and become a subject matter expert.
