State Credit Union is in need of a Branch Manager in the Greenwood, SC area. Under the direct supervision of the Vice President - Regional Specialist, the Branch Manager guides and supervises branch office staff in providing quality service to members in the areas of account transactions, loan applications, new accounts, and solving problems within policies and guidelines.

　　A Bachelor's, 4-year degree is preferred but can be substituted with experience. Applicants must have experience in credit union or with other financial institutions, staff management, consumer lending, branch operations, and a working knowledge of policies and procedures.

　　Duties of the position include, but are not limited to:

　　Responsible for the operation of the branch. May function as manager, teller, member services representative, or any other function that is neededMonitor office activities, including number of transactions, teller errors, loan volume, teller and loan sales, and new accountsResponsible for opening new accounts and cross-selling SCU products/servicesResponsible for recruiting new members and ensuring they receive high quality of servicesCoach and manage employees with an eye toward staff retention and robust production.
