　　Required Availability:Mon - Fri 8:15am-5:45pm; Rotating Saturdays (up to 3 per month) 8:30am - 12:15pm

　　This position is full time and will work 40 hours per week

　　Our Banking Associates communicate with new and existing customers to uncover and evaluate needs in order to recommend appropriate products and services, educate customers about Guaranty Bank's product and service delivery channels, refer customers to the other departments within the bank as appropriate, and resolve complex customer service issues.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Banking Associate

　　Delivers excellent customer serviceProcesses in-person retail and commercial customer transactionsRecommends bank products and services to customers and prospectsOpens and maintains a variety of account types for personal and commercial customersPerforms routine banking center activitiesCross-sells bank products and servicesContributes to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goalsAdheres to all department and company policies and procedures and follows applicable banking regulationsPerforms additional job related duties as assigned or requiredRequired and Desired Skills and Experience of the Banking Associate
