Description

We're in search of a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our client's team. The successful candidate will take responsibility for keeping financial records updated, preparing reports, and managing transactions such as income and expenditures.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily financial transactions and verifying that they are correct.

Balance general ledger by preparing a trial balance and reconciling entries.

Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.

Develop a system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts.

Handle accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, payroll, and bank reconciliation.

Collaborate with the accounting team to finalize monthly and yearly financial reports

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Proven bookkeeping experience with a solid understanding of accounting payable/receivable principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
