Description

Excellent opportunity for a Bookkeeper or Accountant that is used to working for a family owned businesses. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, daily and monthly reconciliations and any other tasks needed by the Owner. You will be managing the books for several companies. You will also be working directly with the owner's CPA to assist gathering any financial data needed for audits. This role is onsite in North Miami Beach, Mon-Fri. Hours are 9am-5:30pm

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting or related field

7+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks

Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented

Requirements

Must be willing to work onsite Mon-Fri.
