　　Robert Half is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper with dynamic communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional demeanor for a role in the Non-Profit industry. 　　How you will make an impact

　　Settle accounts by reconciling entries

　　Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

　　Maintain and balance general ledger

　　Sustain collections of historical records by organizing documents

　　Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

　　Review payments received and record deposits

　　Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

　　Requirements

　　Deep understanding of bookkeeping

　　Accounts Receivable (AR) experience desired

　　Microsoft Office Suites experience

　　Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　1+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper

　　Previous experience using accounting software

　　BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
