　　We have a great opportunity available for a part-time Bookkeeper with a background in accounting and finance. If you enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, this role may be perfect for you. 　　Your responsibilities

　　Oversee and maintain a well-run system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

　　Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable; handling collections as needed

　　Preparing the trial balance and financial statements, including balance sheet and statements regarding income and cash flows

　　Maintain quality historical records by filing documents

　　Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

　　Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

　　Maintain and balance general ledger

　　Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries

　　Examine payments received and record deposits

　　Requirements

　　Prior experience working with accounting software (Quicken, Timeslips) preferred

　　Proficiency in financial analysis

　　Bookkeeping Functions experience required

　　Full charge bookkeeping experience preferred

　　Prior experience/background working in Law or Real Estate industry highly recommended

　　BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

　　3+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper
