　　Our client is in need of an Accounts Payable professional with QuickBooks to fill a permanent role. If interested, apply now via Robert Half. As the Bookkeeper, you will supervise the month-end closing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliation. On top of this, the Bookkeeper will manage a general ledger reconciliation or light journal entries, full cycle A/P coding, cash applications, and perform data entry. 　　Responsibilities

　　Other distinguished projects when necessary

　　Classify sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments

　　Update general ledger

　　Direct Accounts Receivable

　　Develop monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

　　Handle monthly accounting close

　　Experienced with credit card management and reconciliation

　　Corroborate monthly accounting close

　　Put subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirements together

　　Produce cash flow projections, as needed

　　Sustain Accounts Payable

　　Requirements

　　Proven analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills

　　QuickBooks

　　Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Strong familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　Comprehensive knowledge of QuickBooks

　　Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
