　　Job Summary

　　Havel is seeking a Billing Specialist in Indianapolis, IN. In this position you will be responsible for assisting in all areas in the Billing Department. You will make sure that deadlines are met, and work is completed in a timely fashion.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　Interact daily with Project Managers to get billings out in a timely fashion

　　Maintain and keep the billings log to know timing deadlines for billing utilizing AS400

　　Practice high attention to detail and accuracy processing and applying cash receipts

　　Interact daily with supervisor and manager to assist them with work orders and paperwork, job submittals, and assure all inventory is updated electronically

　　Maintain and update database and spreadsheets for business unit, field manual

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Qualifications

　　Associate Degree in Finance and/or Business or equivalent work experience

　　Experience with AS400 a plus

　　T&M billing experience a plus

　　AIA billing experience a plus

　　Must be a self-starter and able to work with diverse group of construction personnel

　　Proficient in Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel

　　Dependability, strong work ethic
