　　Job Description:

　　We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and resolving any billing-related issues. 　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Generate and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner

　　Review and verify billing data for accuracy

　　Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing information is up-to-date

　　Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues

　　Communicate with clients to address billing inquiries and resolve issues

　　Prepare and submit customer statements

　　Assist in month-end closing activities related to billing

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or similar role

　　Solid understanding of billing processes and procedures

　　Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Excel

　　Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

　　Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively

　　Education and Experience:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

　　2+ years of relevant billing experience
