　　We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Billing Specialist. As a Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes for our company. 　　Major responsibilities

　　Billing Processing: Accurately generate and process invoices for products or services provided to customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

　　Data Entry: Enter billing information into the company's billing system, including customer details, products/services provided, and pricing information.

　　Invoice Verification: Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual agreements, resolving any discrepancies or issues as necessary.

　　Billing Reconciliation: Reconcile billing records with supporting documentation, such as contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements, to ensure accurate billing and timely payment.

　　Customer Communication: Interact with customers, both internal and external, to address billing inquiries, resolve billing disputes, and provide exceptional customer service.

　　Documentation and Reporting: Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records, prepare billing reports, and assist in financial analysis as needed.

　　Requirements

　　Associates degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required

　　Excellent oral and written communications skills

　　Microsoft Excel experience

　　Billing experience preferred
