　　Major responsibilities

　　Function side-by-side with other teams to achieve data quality and consistency

　　Institute financial procedures and controls

　　Analyze billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary

　　Evaluate, process, and review bills or invoices for services rendered Requirements - Excellent data entry skills

　　Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

　　3+ years of experience in a related role

　　Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

　　Strong familiarity with customer service

　　Billing experience required

　　Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

　　Microsoft Excel experience preferred

　　Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance
