JOB SUMMARY
Service Coordinators maintain and coordinate a caseload of caregivers who are providing services for Clients enrolled in Medicaid programs. These duties include assisting with day-to-day functions as well as answering questions related to the provision of these services, while following company policy, Federal/State regulations, program rules, and contract requirements.

Assist IPs, Clients, and stakeholders through multiple communication channels (e.g. phone, email, in-person, etc.)Demonstrate excellent customer service skillsAssist caregivers in navigating services, web portal, and EVV systems as neededAbility to demonstrate dependability and to meet position requirements with little direct oversightEffective written and verbal communicatorDemonstrate effective problem solving and decision-making skillsExhibit computer proficiencyBilingual preferred in various locationsSome travel in region may be requiredOther duties as assigned*QUALIFICATIONS*
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required1 year of previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or the elderly preferredCombination of education and experienceBilingual required in various languages: Russian, Cantonese, MandarinMust have a reliable home internet provider*PAY RANGE: *$21.41 - $23.41 per hour
