Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) School Social Worker / School Adjustment Counselor

　　We are seeking to add a Bilingual Social Worker / School Adjustment Counselor to our team for a full-time role for the remainder of this school year . This role will be supporting Middle School Students in Milford , MA. 

　　Position Details

　　Full-time school-based position for the remainder of the 2023-24 school year

　　Provide collaboration and support to colleagues, students, and families

　　Work alongside two other Adjustment Counselors and three Guidance Counselors!

　　Provide support to a caseload of students

　　Opportunity to provide services to students to support and develop their social-emotional, self-regulation, and social skills to students with IEPs

　　Respond promptly should a crisis arise

　　Support students in 1:1 and group settings 

　　Attend and participate in IEP and 405 meetings

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Qualifications Required

　　Master’s Degree in Social Work 

　　DESE certification or ability to obtain certification in Social Work / School Adjustment Counselor

　　Prior experience working with students preferred

　　Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese REQUIRED
