Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Bilingual Scheduler/Customer Service Representative in the construction industry, located in Houston, Texas. This is an in-office role for a candidate with a background in Customer Service, Logistics, or Scheduling. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with great organization skills is essential. Fluency in Spanish is also required.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Answer inbound calls and handle inbound/outbound calls efficiently

• Provide excellent call center customer service

• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Handle email correspondence professionally

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks

• Enter orders accurately

• Schedule appointments effectively

• Communicate effectively in Spanish.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in handling inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner

• Previous experience in a call center customer service role

• Robust customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences

• Proficient in data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively, responding to customer queries in a timely manner

• Experience in both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tasks such as data analysis and report generation

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word for documentation and correspondence purposes

• Experience in order entry, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently

• Ability to schedule appointments, managing time effectively to meet customer needs

• Fluency in Spanish language, enabling communication with a broader customer base
