The Bilingual Human Resources Administrator is a highly valued member of the HR team who is responsible for supporting and driving various efforts across the Company. The Bilingual HR Administrator takes care of our employees by managing all HR-related paperwork and ensures that HR-related portals are up-to-date with current employee information. The Bilingual HR Administrator is a professional, compassionate, and enthusiastic individual who is ready to handle any HR-related task that comes their way.
TOTAL COMPENSATION
$21.44 to $32.98 hourly
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all HR-related paperwork and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance records, performance evaluations, etc.
Enter new hires, terminations, and employment changes and transitions into all applicable portals and systems.
Manage and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
Address employee inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as needed.
Support the resolution of workplace conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
Manage checklists for all changes to ensure full transparency on paperwork process for the rest of the team.
Monitor and manage employee time and attendance records and process time-off requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
Keep HRIS system and all other HR-related portals up-to-date with employee information.
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, by processing paperwork, auditing bills, and assisting employees with benefits-related inquiries.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms, coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing new hire paperwork.
Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process.
Provide back-up for senior HR Administrator and facilitate communication needs of company for HR Team.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure company-wide compliance with HR regulations and laws.
Support Safety Director and team as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data.
Provide back-up to the receptionist for breaks as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bilingual in English and Spanish
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time, including uneven terrain on work sites when needed. Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally for filing and storage. Ability to maneuver paperwork and read a computer screen for extended durations.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Primarily office-based, with varying temperatures and extended screen time.
