What You'll Do:
Handle inbound calls, online messages, and emails in both English and Spanish, assisting members with a variety of financial inquiries (which means you'll get to learn a lot about different areas of the credit union!).Provide information on products and services, resolve issues, and offer solutions to meet members' needs.Foster strong relationships with members by delivering exceptional service and demonstrating genuine care for their financial well-being.Collaborate with other team members and departments to address member concerns and inquiries.The Schedule:
This full-time banking position works 40 hours per week. You would need to be available for scheduling Monday - Friday between 8:45 AM and 6:00 PM (8:00 AM on occasional Tuesdays for training) and alternating Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 1:00 PM.
What We're Looking For:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient math and computer skills.Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and handle inquiries efficiently.Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is a plus.
