Join us as a member of beverage application team in FBB China Welcome to Food Beverage Biosolutions

In this role you’ll make an impact by :

1.Identify the market opportunities, determine the “go to market” strategy and develop the business plan

Implement “Go-To-Market” strategy for the designated area, set sales targets, and focusing on identifying and exploiting business development opportunities.

Build a thorough understanding of the industry dynamic and market trend about the designated industries including Beverage, functional food and other selected adjacencies.

Develop the ambitious and practical business plan and take charge of its implementation

2.Working closely with Global Business Unit marketing and application (Beverage, functional food) team to search, evaluate, execute the new product opportunities

Jointly screen new product ideas and initiatives with commercial team.

Coordinate with global functions to track and accelerate the process .

Develop the new product/solution launch plan and facilitate the execution

Working closely with Local sales, marketing and technical team to build the business foundations and sustain the sales growth with the holistic business development plan

Develop the new business and achieve the sales target in China partnership with sales teams by customer engagement, channel set up and project management;

Work closely with marketing and technical team to figure out new idea, solution, application to support business development

Contact with external parties including customers, professionals, associations and industry stakeholders to collect mkt dynamics and insight.

Accumulate the knowledge of the industry trends, market conditions, competitor actions, regulatory change, shareholder attitudes.

Monitor competitor activity.

Interact with key stakeholders to empower Novonesis influence in the targeting industries

To succeed you must hold:

Bachelor degree or above

8+ years BD/sales experience in B2B company targeting to beverage industry

Experience from a multinational company

Strategic thinking, innovative and customer centric approach

Ability to identify and create new business opportunities

Ability to energize and lead a cross-functional team for a project

Strong industry background and contacts

Proactive and execution personality with a can do attitude

Ability to work in a matrix environment

Business result-oriented, intercultural sensitivity, logical-thinking.

Frequent travel is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Chinese as well as good command of English
