　　The Bariatric Program Coordinator is responsible for assessing, planning, directing, implementing, coordinating and evaluating the effectiveness of the day to day operations of the Bariatric Program in accordance with the facility policies, philosophy objectives and standards. Accountable for COE compliance.

　　Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm; every third Wednesday of the month, support group from 7:00pm-8:00pm

　　Qualifications:

　　In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

　　5 years experience as a Registered Dietitian or Registered Nurse with preferred management experience and Bariatric experience

　　Registered Dietitian with ADA certification

　　Registered Nurse with current Utah license

　　Bachelors’ Degree

　　Light work - (Exert up to 20lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 10lbs frequently)
